研習心得:
依據《身心障礙及資賦優異學生鑑定辦法》,自閉症為神經心理功能異常而顯現出溝通、社會互動、行為及興趣表現上有嚴重問題,致在學習及生活適應上有顯著困難者。其鑑定基準:
- 顯著社會互動及溝通困難。
- 表現出固定而有限之行為模式及興趣。
- Persistent deficits in social communication and social interaction across multiple contexts.
- Restricted, repetitive patterns of behavior, interests, or activities.
- Symptoms must be present in the early developmental period.
- Symptoms cause clinically significant impairment in social, occupational, or other important areas of current functioning.
- These disturbances are not better explained by intellectual disability (intellectual developmental disorder) or global developmental delay. Intellectual disability and autism spectrum disorder frequently co-occur; to make comorbid diagnoses of autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disability, social communication should be below that expected for general developmental level.
對於自閉症學生的問題行為,教師必須了解行為是有功能的,透過功能性分析,可以理解行為背後的原因,對於問題處理方案可以更有彈性,並增進對於學生困境的了解。
